What are your minimum order quantities?
Low to medium quantities are available for some formats. The minimum depends on material, size, print and production process. Share your target quantity and we’ll confirm the options.
How long does an order take?
Production and transit times are quoted for each project. European road freight can be quicker than long-haul sea freight, but samples, artwork approval and manufacturing all affect the delivery date.
Can I see samples first?
We discuss samples before production approval. Availability, costs and timing depend on whether you need a stock example or a bespoke printed sample.
How do quality checks work?
We agree the specification, sample approval and inspection requirements with you and the supplier before production. Tell us about any testing or documentation your product requires.
Do you arrange delivery?
We coordinate delivery arrangements as part of the agreed scope. Your quote should make freight, delivery terms and responsibilities clear before you commit.
Can you match my current China price?
